This small cozy house is located in the Mirador area about 5 blocks from the beach with easy access and close to bars and restaurants, but away from the noise. There is hot and cold runing water and a/c as well. There is a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, toaster, coffee maker, stove/oven and refridgerator. The first bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has twin beds. The living room has a tv/vcr and a sofa bed. The parking area is all gated. This is a great place to stay if you want to stay close to the beach and the clubs. January, February, July and August rent 2 or more nights and get one free, except holidays.
