Beautiful hilltop home overlooking the Mirador area and beach with spectacular sunrise and sunset views! Close to everything, but lots of privacy. It is only a 5-minute walk down to the beach. Hot and cold running water. Completely tiled floors, counters and bathrooms with authentic Mexican tiles. Floors brick colored offset with small green tiles. Enter the house through double doors that open into the octagon shaped great room with high dome ceiling and stained glass windows in the upper part of the dome and walls. This room includes an air conditioner, space heater, standing fans, queen sofa bed, tables and chairs. Windows with mini blinds and sliding glass door with vertical blinds which leads to large porch which wraps around 1/3 of the house to catch sun and shade and a wonderful sea breeze at any time of day. At the far side of this porch are wide spiral tiled stairs leading up to large rooftop deck with small private corner sectioned off for sun bathing "au natural". Back inside the great room along the back wall is a u-shaped wet bar with extra sink and small refrigerator plus 4 barstools. To the left of the bar is a spacious fully furnished kitchen decorated in light wood cupboards with green accents and has major appliances, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, dishes, pots and pans, etc. Master bedroom off the right side of the great room (facing the Sea of Cortez) has a queen waterbed, ceiling fan, air conditioner/heater combination and adjoining fully tiled bathroom. Second bedroom off the left side of the great room (also facing the sea) has a queen bed, ceiling fan and an air conditioner/heater combination. Main bathroom beside second bedroom has a sunken tub. The outer part of the rooftop dome is set in small dark blue tiles offsetting the beautiful stained glass windows surrounding it! OWNER REQUESTS: NO PETS, NO FIREWORKS, MAX 8 PEOPLE.
January, February, July and August rent 2 or more nights and get one free, except holidays.
