Casa Tortuga is another gorgeous home in beautiful Costa Diamante. It is not only architecturally beautiful, it is impeccably furnished and appointed – a true dream home, and every room has a view of the Sea of Cortez. It features three bedrooms, three baths and a spacious living/dining/cooking area. The master bedroom suite has a king size bed, large private bathroom with double sinks and mirrored closet, with an additional closet in the bedroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and private bath and the third bedroom has twin beds and shares an adjoining guest bath. In this home you will find many extras including boveda ceilings in all the rooms, sofa sleeper, beautiful relief wall paintings in the bedrooms, and in the common area ample seating, a wood burning fireplace (bring own firewood or fire logs), patio access that faces the water, and of course, a great view of the ocean. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and all the necessary small appliances – microwave, blender, and coffee maker. Other amenities include central A/C and heat, fans in all the rooms, CD/DVD/MP3 Player, and a flat screen TV, an outside shower and a second level terrace. Sheets and towels provided. Owner requests NO Smoking Inside or NO PETS. Minimum 2 nights; Holidays 3 nights. NO GARAGE AVAILABLE. January, February, July and August rent 2 or more nights and get one free, except holidays.
