| Our private guest house will sleep four guests comfortably with one bedroom, one bathroom, and a pull out sofa. This house also has a full kitchen and sitting area! There is a charcoal BBQ. The guest house may be rented separately for a private getaway or with the main house for larger parties. Even from the guest house you can enjoy the beautiful sea. Sand is only a few steps away! Outside the front door you will find a gorgeous courtyard with flowers, a large table and fountain. Summer time prices for the guest house is $150.00 (June 1st to September 30th) Owner request NO PETS, NO SMOKING INSIDE. GUEST HOUSE CAN ONLY BE RENTED IF YOU RENT THE MAIN HOUSE. January and February, rent 2 or more nights and get one free.
