This beautifully landscaped home is located in Las Conchas in Section 1. It is wonderfully designed and has an amazing view of the beautiful Sea of Cortez. You can relax and enjoy the sunset from the lower level front porches or from up on the rooftop sundeck. This home has a large spacious living room and dinning area to seat 4 as well as a small breakfast bar. The living room has a fireplace, TV/VCR and leads into the kitchen where you'll find everything you need. The fully euipped kitchen has a microwave, toaster, blender, coffee-maker, and all the necessary dishes included. There is central air/heat throughout the home as well as hot/cold running water. Into the master bedroom, you'll find a great king size bed and a full bathroom. In the second bedroom, there is a queen size bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. There is also another main full bathroom. This is a great house for just relaxing and enjoying the sea and sun. Outside is the large front porch with patio furniture as well as a charcoal BBQ. And, to your right hand side is the double garage along with extra parking space. Just a short walk across the road and down to the beach.
