The first 4 bedrooms have king size beds and all of them face the ocean. There are 2 bedrooms downstairs and 2 upstairs. There are two other bedrooms, one with two sets of bunk beds and one with a queen size bed and both share one bathroom with jacuzzi bathtub. The kitchen is fully equipped with all major and small appliances. The living room has plenty of room with a gorgeous view of the sea of Cortez, Satellite TV/DVD and fireplace. The ocean side patio has a big palapa with a propane BBQ, bar and patio furniture. Other amenities include ceiling fans and TV/VCR in all the bedrooms. A/C is available in all bedrooms for $100.00 per night extra. OWNER REQUESTS: NO PETS, NO FIREWORKS. There is a minimum of 3 nights rental during March thru June, October and November weekends. January and February, rent 2 or more nights and get one free.
