Paraiso del Mar (Beach House)
This gorgeous beach front residence sits right on the beach on a large lot and is surrounded by a landscaped courtyard with a fountain and paved walkways in the Mexican hacienda style. Overlooking the beach with two large bedrooms each with a full bath and queen size bed. The West bedroom also has a twin sleeper sofa. In the family room there is a fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table. It also has a king size sofa bed and a TV/VCR/DVD for your enjoyment. Large sliding doors provide spectaculars view of the ocean and open to the terrace, fire pit area and steps to the beach. Each bedroom has it’s own entrance. Enjoy the extensive patios for dining or relaxing on the bancos or toasting marsh mellows in the fire pit. There is central air/heat as well as a stainless propane BBQ. This residence is located on a large lot near the end of Las Conchas in Section 5 where the beach is sandy and quiet. (If you need a larger home, see Paraiso del Mar under Large Homes.) Minimum of 2 nights rental. This is a no smoking home with pets allowed. Las Conchas also does not allow fireworks, ATVs or RVs. House is limited to 7 persons including children. Owner requests no spring breakers.
