Passing through the massive wood entrance doors you enter into a traditional old world charm style courtyard. The tranquil sound of cascading water from a 10 foot cantera fountain along with a garden and sound of birds puts you in paradise. Surrounding the courtyard are the luxurious bedroom suites, each having its own bathroom. Each suite and bath has a different color scheme in true Mexican colors and tile. The Villa has 7 king beds, 1 bunkbed and 2 daybeds. The fully equipped kitchen and dining room with brick ceiling has breathtaking views of the majestic sea of Cortez. The kitchen has 2 refrigerators and 1 freezer. The kitchen table sits 18 people. There is a wetbar and breakfast bar with bar stools. This villa sits on 3 beachfront lots expanding 180' of beachfront. There is plenty of outside furniture and seating areas, with outside showers. Bring your own BEACH TOWELS. Additional amenities include-Palapas, gazebo, propane BBQ, fire pit, boveda ceilings, 54" Satellite surround sound TV, stereo, DVD/VCR, highspeed wireless internet, AC and heating throughout the house and plenty of parking. This house is located at the entrance of Las Conchas and just minutes to town. Maximum number of people 20 including children. You can rent an additional bedroom for $100.00 per night. There is a 3 night minimum rental during season and 4 night rental on holidays. Off-season is January-February. If you need more room ENSUENO II is attached to the house through a breezway. IF YOU WANT MAID AND COOK SERVICES PLEASE CALL FOR DETAILS. IF YOU NEED MORE ROOM, ENSUENO II NEXT DOOR IS AVAILABLE FOR RENT. NO CAMPING or RV HOOK-UP, NO ATV OR MOTORCYCLE, NO FIREWORKS, NO ROLLER-SKATING or SKATE BOARDING AND NO SMOKING INSIDE, NO PETS. NO MOVING THE FURNITURE. FOR HOLIDAYS THE WHOLE HOUSE MUST BE RENTED. THIS HOME IS PERFECT FOR WEDDINGS & CORPORATE PARTIES, CALL FOR DEATAILS. IF YOU ARE HAVING A WEDDING, YOU MUST RENT ENSUENO II.
