This wonderful single story beachfront is located in playa Dorada. There is hot and cold running water. The full length patio allows you to enjoy the amazing sunset and Bird Island view. There is plenty of patio furniture as well. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove/oven, dishes, utensils, pots and pans and a breakfast bar with 4 bar stools. There is also a charcoal BBQ. The living room area has sofas, fireplace and a great ocean view. The split 4 bedrooms have full beds and its own closet. All four bedrooms have ocean view. The two front bedrooms have also access to the patio. The two full bathrooms are located between the bedrooms. This cozy, spacious home is great for guest that wants some privacy and wants to get away from everything. Come and enjoy the white sandy beaches at Playa Dorada. If you need more space, Casa Consuelo is located right next this house. OWNER REQUEST: NO PETS, NO FIREWORKS AND NO MORE THAN 8 PEOPLE, DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEIT IF ANY OF THIS RULES ARE NOT FOLLOW.
