Casa C-8 is a recently remodeled three bedroom, two-bath beachfront home located in Costa Diamante just steps from the beach. The master suite has a gorgeous ocean view, king bed, private patio access, walk-in closet, large full bath, TV and two twin hide-a-beds. The second and third bedrooms, have king size beds, two twin hide-a-beds, TV/VCR's and share an enormous full bathroom. The living room, dining and kitchen area is very large and open. The living room has a gorgeous vaulted ceiling, decorative fireplace, Satellite TV, VCR, DVD, radio, plenty of comfortable seating and a gorgeous view of the Sea of Cortez. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, most small appliances including, coffee maker, blender, microwave, toaster, garbage disposal, pots/pans, dishware's, and a large breakfast bar for dining while taking in the beautiful ocean views. Other amenities include a/c and heating, hot and cold running water, fans throughout the house. A large beachside covered patio with an upstairs sun deck include tables for outside dining and a propane barbeque to complete the experience. Sheets and towels are provided. This house sleeps 12 but can accommodate more sleeping on the sofa's and you may bring your own additional bedding if necessary. It is a great party house and many weddings have been held here due to its perfect location being directly on the beach with no other homes to interfere with the view! It's like having your own private beach.... There is a 2-night minimum during the week; 3-night minimum during weekends in March, April, May, October and all Holidays. **January, February, July and August rent 2 or more nights and get one free.** |
