It has a good size living room and dinning area. The house has central air, a fireplace, and a charcoal barbecue grill in the patio. The kitchen is fully furnished with toaster, blender, coffee maker, microwave oven, etc. The beds in the unit are: One king bed, two queen beds and one set of bunks with double bed on the bottom and twin bed on top, as well as a queen size sofa bed in the living room. Owner request NO PETS, NO SMOKING, NO SPRING BREAKERS. The house sleeps a maximum of TEN people (including children)January, February, July and August rent 2 or more nights and get one free, except holidays. |
