Master bedroom has a king size bed and a large bathroom. Second bedroom has 2 full beds and third bedroom has a queen size bed. There is also a sofa sleeper in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, coffee maker, toaster, blender and microwave. Other amenities include central heating and cooling, propane BBQ and gazebo. There is a TV room upstairs with a truly gorgeous view of the Sea of Cortez and a POOL TABLE. Owner request No Smoking inside and No Pets. January, February, July, August and september rent 2 or more nights and get one free, except holidays.
