This beautiful, newly constructed two story home is located right on the beach at the entrance of Cholla Bay which is great for the kids, the ocean is always calm. You are always welcome to bring your ATV's, Sea- Doos or Boats. The home has garage access to park you toys. Downstairs you will find the kitchen, dining room, living room, propane BBQ, patio furniture and a full bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, fridge, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker and all utensils. The living room comes with two sofa sleepers, TV/VCR and DVD. All the bedrooms are located on the second level and have either a queen or full size bed. You will also find 3 full bathrooms on the second level. Two of the bedrooms have a balcony that allows you to view the great Cholla Bay. This is a perfect spot to rent if you have kids and if you want to bring your toys. Sand dunes and hills are just minutes away. Only one of the two garages is available at this house. Owner request: No pets, no fireworks, no more than 12 people. Bring own towels. January, February, July and August rent 2 or more nights and get one free, except holidays. |
