Other amenities include A/C and heating, charcoal BBQ, patio furniture and small bar area.The OWNER REQUEST-NO PETS, NO SMOKING INSIDE. GARAGE IS NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS HOUSE. NO MORE THAN 10 PEOPLE IN THE HOUSE. BRING YOUR OWN TOWELS. January, February, July and August rent 2 or more nights and get one free, except holidays. |
