The home is located in the second row, but is only a few short steps to the beach. The beach is wide and sandy, and if you choose this home is only a short walking distance to the Sonoran Spa and Princesa de Peņasco Condominiums where there are stores and restaurants, as well as spa services. The home is located only about 5 minutes from downtown Rocky Point, so access to restaurants and entertainment is quick and easy. The house is beautifully appointed with marble countertops, a fully equipped kitchen including fridge, microwave, stove, blender and coffee maker as well as comfortable due to the central heat and air. The living area has ample seating including a queen size sleeper sofa, as well a television/VCR. There are two bedrooms downstairs one with a king size bed and the second one with a full size bed and a twin bed. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, as well as a private bath. The home has a built in charcoal grilling area, as well as two second floor decks with beautiful ocean views. If you bring ATV's the sand dunes are only minutes away.
