Single story beachfront house with beautiful sunset and Bird Island views. There is hot and cold running water. Fully furnished with two outside decks. One deck covered. The other left uncovered to catch the full sunshine at any time of year. Decks are furnished with tables, chairs, lounges and propane BBQ. Solar power and inverter (which means you can use 110 appliances). Beds are all full size. The large furnished great room has a sofa, TV/DVD/VCR, chairs and tables, fireplace plus windows and a set of double doors leading to the decks. The fully equipped kitchen occupies the other side of the great room with a propane stove/oven and refrigerator, dishes, utensils, coffee pot, pots and pans and a free standing Paul Bunyan size tiled breakfast bar with stools. The third bedroom has it's own ample full bathroom. All rooms are nicely decorated with blinds and flowered drapes and comforters for the beds. Brightly painted authentic Mexican clay fish and shells decorate the walls and a wire sun cheers the kitchen. This cheerful, spacious home is for the client who wants privacy and wants to be out of town just to relax, collect shells, play on the white sandy beaches or go exploring the dunes and desert. OWNER REQUEST:NO FIREWORKS AND NO MORE THAN 6 PEOPLE. January and February rent 2 or more nights and get one free. Pets are welcome. |
