The master bedroom has a queen bed and private bath, the second bedroom also has a queen bed. There is a sofa sleeper in the living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances and utensils. The Living room is comfortably furnished and has a wonderful view of the Sea of Cortez. Other amenities include fans in all rooms, central air and heat, TV with VCR/DVD, a fireplace (bring own wood or fire logs, charcoal BBQ (Bring own charcoal) and a one car garage. Sheets and one set of bath towels are provided. Owner requests no pets and no smoking. NO MORE THAN 6 PEOPLE. RENT 2 NIGHTS OR MORE AND GET ONE FREE FROM JAN 2ND TO END OF FEBRUARY AND JULY 8TH UNTIL AUGUST 30TH. January, February, July and August rent 2 or more nights and get one free, except holidays.
