Furnished living room includes large picture windows and door and one mirrored wall to reflect the beautiful Sea of Cortez. The dining room has a table, chairs, and a sliding glass door that leads to the beachfront patio. The master bedroom has a king bed plus a full bathroom. The second bedroom has a full bed with another full bathroom next to it. The third bedroom has a full bed, a sliding glass door leading to the patio and it's entrance separate from that of the main house. The home can be rented with or without this additional third bedroom. OWNER REQUEST: NO PETS, NO FIREWORKS AND NO MORE THAN 8 PEOPLE, DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEIT IF ANY OF THIS RULES ARE NOT FOLLOW.
