Las Conchas

Las Conchas is the first beach of the outer beaches on the southeast side of town. All homes are connected to the city utilities for both electricity and water, because of this all homes have heat and air conditioning. Las Conchas is a gated community that has restricted access, no ATV’s or Jetski’s are allowed in Las Conchas.
