Casa E 10.5 is a delightful 2 story beach front home located on the beach in Playa Encanto, the most beautiful, peaceful beach in Rocky Point. It has central AC, and gas heating. The house is furnished with contemporary Mexican rustic wood furniture and decorated with original artwork throughout. The home has 4 bedrooms, 2 large living rooms and 3 bathrooms with accommodation for up to 16 guests. It has a very beautiful curbside appearance with a bright white painted exterior and royal blue trim.
The downstairs family room has a huge beige colored sectional sofa (this sofa can be used as a sofa bed full size for 2 persons), a navy blue futon that can fold down to a full size bed and pine wood coffee table chest. The room is illuminated with natural light from the ocean through and expansive picture window. The room includes a pine wood media unit containing a flat screen 40" smart TV, DVD and VCR. The room also has a fireplace and and gas heating which keeps the place very cozy in the winter months. The dining room has a large rectangular wood table with seating for 8. The room has a glass sliding door overlooking the beach. In the well-equipped kitchen you have enough room, utensils, pots, pans and crockery to cook for an army. There are bright white tiled counter tops with pine wood cabinets and white appliances, including a blender, toaster, coffee maker and large microwave. A built in bar with stools and a wet bar area where you can prepare drinks, add to the kitchen charm.
On the ground floor, the 1st bedroom is furnished with a queen size black iron canopy bed with bright white bedding and many floral decor accents. The room has a lighted bed side table, a window and large double door closet. The 2nd bedroom has two twin size beds with white bedding, a lighted nightstand, an ample closet and a window. The adjacent hall bathroom has a single mirrored pedestal sink with a commode and walk in shower. Upstairs, the 3rd bedroom is furnished with two large queen size beds . The room has two nightstands, a pine wood wardrobe, a window and a door accessing the front terrace with lovely desert views. The room also includes a separate twin bed for an additional guest. The master bedroom has a queen size bed facing a magnificent view of the beach and ocean. A large sliding glass door leads to an expansive terrace, overlooking the beach, perfect for sunbathing. The master bedroom has a console table, a fireplace, large closet, as well as storage cabinets and drawers. A love seat and two futons (a double and single) provide additional sleeping space. The attached master bathroom has a large bathtub, walk in glass block shower and a sink with large ceramic tiled vanity and a private toilet area with its own vanity sink. Next to the master bedroom is a family room with the same magnificent ocean views, and access to the terrace. The family room has a sofa bed, love seat, a pine wardrobe and a twin bed.  
The downstairs patio opens directly on to the beautiful sandy beach and amazing ocean views. Two large folding dining tables provide extra space for big family meals. You could cook a fresh seafood meal on the BBQ and eat it while you watch the sunset over the water or just kick back with a cocktail and watch the tide roll in an out. This is a peaceful, serene paradise!  There is no garage available, No washer and dryer.
NO ATV'S OR FIREWORKS ALLOWED. NO PETS. The house is now connected to the city's electricity company but the water still needs to be delivered by truck, please be conservative of the water.
