Costa Diamante in Sandy Beach is a gated community located in the newest area of Rocky Point. The beach is wide and sandy, and the community is only a short walking distance to the Sonoran Spa and Princesa de Penasco Condominiums where there are stores and restaurants, as well as spa services. Sandy beach is located only about 5 minutes from downtown Rocky Point, so access to restaurants and entertainment is quick and easy. ATV’s are allowed.
